Expert Leak Detection in Tulsa, OK

Leak detection in Tulsa is not a simple pressure test and a guess. Oklahoma's expansive clay soil swells with every heavy rain and shrinks through dry summers. That constant ground movement stresses pipes under concrete slab foundations across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, and the surrounding area. Add Oklahoma's freeze-thaw winters, and hidden leaks become one of the most common threats to local homes. At King Plumber Tulsa, the owner is directly involved in every job. That means you get a plumber with real hands-on experience finding the source of a leak, not just its symptoms. We check slab lines, supply lines, drain lines, and fixture connections. We look for warm spots on floors, unexplained water bill spikes, running-water sounds with no fixtures on, and soggy yard patches above buried lines. When we find the source, we fix it. Call us to schedule leak detection across Tulsa and the surrounding communities.

Leak Detection FAQ

Common questions about leak detection in Tulsa, OK.

Common signs include a water bill that jumps for no clear reason, warm or damp spots on your floors, and the sound of running water when nothing is on. Musty smells or soggy patches in your yard near buried lines are also warning signs worth acting on.

Tulsa sits on expansive clay soil that swells when wet and shrinks when dry, which shifts pipes running beneath concrete foundations. That constant movement, combined with Oklahoma's freeze-thaw winters, stresses pipe joints until a failure develops.

Yes, King Plumber Tulsa provides leak detection in Broken Arrow, Jenks, Glenpool, Bixby, Coweta, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, and Bartlesville. Call us to confirm service for your specific address.

Not necessarily — we locate the source of the leak before any repair work begins, which reduces unnecessary damage to your home. The goal is to find the exact problem spot, not open up large sections looking for it.

A small leak should be checked as soon as possible, because hidden leaks in slab-foundation homes can quietly erode soil and lead to foundation movement. The longer water runs undetected, the more damage it can cause.

The owner of King Plumber Tulsa is directly involved in every job, so you get experienced hands on your leak detection from the start. You are not passed off to a rotating crew.

This company goes above & beyond. We were blessed to have had them referred. When lightening struck our property they were out immediately to try and help get our water back. They work hard, quickly & they clean up after themselves which is very much appreciated. They have done multiple jobs for us through this process and their work is top notch. & of course just for an added bonus, they are very kind to their customers as well. 100% recommend.

Best plumbing company in Tulsa. Installed a new kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently. Didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great communication. We always call King.

Kary Smith Google review · August 2026

We had a local plumbing company come out to check our pipes. They said that they were going to need to replace all of the pipes and take up some of our wood floor and do some jackhammering. They quoted us $22,500. We called King plumbing for a second opinion. They snaked the pipes and didn’t see anything major. They came back the next day to put a camera the length of the pipes. He found nothing was obstructing the pipes. He recommended having a hydro jetter to clean the pipes. I recommend to anybody that has any plumbing problems to call King plumbing. Enoch is the owner and he is very very nice and will tell you the truth whether it is good or bad. He is very honest and upfront. And he is very affordable.

Enoch was super helpful - came out same day to fix a leaky shower. Ended up having to replace a cartridge and they also installed my new shower head. Very professional and just nice guys all around. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience with King Plubing. They came out to look at a potential slab leak and within an hour had the issue diagnosed and told me what was going on. They explained costs, what they though had occurred, their understanding of the interior of my home's plumbing, and were very patient. I found my new go to plumber!
