Expert Drain Camera Inspection in Tulsa, OK

When drains back up or smell foul, the real problem is often out of sight underground. King Plumber Tulsa uses drain camera inspection to see exactly what is happening inside your pipes without digging up your yard. We feed a waterproof camera through your drain line and watch live footage on a monitor. We look for tree root intrusion, cracks, grease buildup, pipe bellies, and joint separations. Tulsa's expansive red clay soil shifts with every wet spring and dry summer. That constant ground movement stresses buried pipes, pulls joints apart, and opens gaps where roots enter. Many Tulsa homes built before the 1970s still have clay tile or cast iron drain lines that are especially vulnerable to this kind of damage. A camera inspection tells us exactly what is wrong and where, so we fix the right problem the first time. Call King Plumber Tulsa to schedule your drain camera inspection today.

Drain Camera Inspection FAQ

Common questions about drain camera inspection in Tulsa, OK.

You likely need a drain camera inspection if multiple drains in your Tulsa home are slow, gurgling, or backing up at the same time. Foul odors from floor drains or wet patches in your yard are also signs the problem runs deeper than a simple clog.

No digging is needed for the inspection itself. King Plumber Tulsa feeds the camera through an existing cleanout or drain opening to view your pipes from the inside.

Yes, a drain camera inspection clearly shows tree root intrusion inside your pipe. Tulsa's mature oaks, elms, and pecans send aggressive roots into cracked or aging sewer lines, and the camera identifies exactly where roots have entered.

Yes, a pre-purchase drain camera inspection in Tulsa is a smart step because standard home inspections typically do not cover the sewer line. Older Tulsa homes often have clay tile or cast iron pipes that may have hidden damage not visible any other way.

A drain camera inspection can find root intrusion, grease buildup, cracked or collapsed pipe sections, pipe bellies from soil shifting, and corroded joints. These are all common issues in Tulsa given the city's clay soil and aging residential plumbing infrastructure.

A single slow drain in your Tulsa home can sometimes point to a deeper blockage or pipe damage further down the line. A camera inspection confirms whether the issue is isolated or part of a larger problem in your main sewer line.

This company goes above & beyond. We were blessed to have had them referred. When lightening struck our property they were out immediately to try and help get our water back. They work hard, quickly & they clean up after themselves which is very much appreciated. They have done multiple jobs for us through this process and their work is top notch. & of course just for an added bonus, they are very kind to their customers as well. 100% recommend.

Best plumbing company in Tulsa. Installed a new kitchen faucet very quickly and efficiently. Didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great communication. We always call King.

Kary Smith Google review · August 2026

We had a local plumbing company come out to check our pipes. They said that they were going to need to replace all of the pipes and take up some of our wood floor and do some jackhammering. They quoted us $22,500. We called King plumbing for a second opinion. They snaked the pipes and didn’t see anything major. They came back the next day to put a camera the length of the pipes. He found nothing was obstructing the pipes. He recommended having a hydro jetter to clean the pipes. I recommend to anybody that has any plumbing problems to call King plumbing. Enoch is the owner and he is very very nice and will tell you the truth whether it is good or bad. He is very honest and upfront. And he is very affordable.

Enoch was super helpful - came out same day to fix a leaky shower. Ended up having to replace a cartridge and they also installed my new shower head. Very professional and just nice guys all around. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience with King Plubing. They came out to look at a potential slab leak and within an hour had the issue diagnosed and told me what was going on. They explained costs, what they though had occurred, their understanding of the interior of my home's plumbing, and were very patient. I found my new go to plumber!
